Notifications make sure the right people see what needs attention — new submissions, messages, and important updates — without anyone having to constantly check.

#When notifications appear

Notifications are generated when relevant events happen — a submission arrives, a message comes in, or an important update occurs in a department you follow.

#Managing them

  • Open the bell to review recent activity.
  • Mark items as read once handled to keep the list focused.
  • Use email alerts for things you must not miss when away from the app.

Tune, don’t drown

Turn on alerts for what genuinely needs a fast response, and rely on the bell for everything else. Too many alerts train people to ignore them.
